Required elements of a valid DMCA notice

- Your full name, company (if applicable), postal address, and a working email address.
- Both statements:
- “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is acceptable).

Processing and timelines
- We review complete notices promptly. Valid links are removed or disabled in a reasonable time frame.
- We may forward the notice to the user who posted the content and, where applicable, to the hosting provider.
- Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed until corrected.
Counter-notice
If you believe a removal was made in error, send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the removed material and its URL before removal.
- Your name, address, phone, and email.
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or appropriate court in your country) and that you will accept service from the complaining party.
- Your electronic signature (typed full name).

- Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
