Natsumi's Enema Defecation: A University Professor's SM Ritual

Natsumi, a company president in her 50s, steps into the closed room where the university professor, Maruki Sado, awaits. She is given an enema, her body prepared for the SM ritual. As the enema fills her, she feels the pressure building, knowing she will soon defecate. Her movements are ruled, and she is positioned to maximize the visual impact of her anal scat.

The enema triggers a strong excretion, and Natsumi defecates profusely, her anal muscles contracting as she releases a large amount of feces. The frame shows her every movement, focusing on the scatology sex. Her face shows a mix of discomfort and submission she proceeds to defecate, the ritual reaching its climax with her complete surrender.
