Tatthy Dominates: Extreme Enema and Poop Smearing at the Clinic

Tatthy is down on the floor in the clinic, her eyes set on the enema treatment. Dr. Lizandra, a seasoned professional, begins the romp, unaware of the depth of Tatthy's condition. As the enema fills her, Tatthy feels the pressure build, her body ready to release. The treatment reveals just how serious her ailment is, pushing her to the edge of extreme scat.

The enema empties, and Tatthy defecates a massive load of poop, covering the medical equipment in a thick, brown mess. She takes charge, smearing the feces over herself and the room, enjoying the chaos. Her grip extends to her farting porn antics, as she farts and continues to smear the excrement with wild abandon.
