Fetidistrojp Defecates on Patient's Face in Hospital Femdom Poop

The patient lay motionless on the hospital bed, surrounded by nurses and doctors discussing her mysterious illness. Suddenly, Doctor Fetidistrojp emerged with a devious plan. She instructed the others to stimulate the patient, waking her with a gentle finger in her pussy. As the patient's eyes fluttered open, the nurses stripped her bare, preparing her for the upcoming ritual.

Fetidistrojp approached the bed, squatting over the patient's face. Already dominant, she defecated directly into the patient's mouth. 'Eat this and you'll feel better soon,' she ordered. The patient obeyed, swallowing the warm feces. But the femdom kaviar porn didn't end there; more shit followed, coating the patient's face in a thick layer of excrement.
