DirtyBetty Shits in Panties After Laxative and Cum in High Def

A heavy stench of fresh shit as DirtyBetty steps into frame, wearing tight, lacy panties. She has just taken a large dose of laxative, and her stomach is visibly churning. She squats over a toilet, but the panties trap the first gush of diarrhea, creating a mess that quickly spreads.

DirtyBetty continues to defecate, her panties filling with a sea of fragrant shit. She then stands up, smearing the mess on her pantyhose and jeans. The sight of her large, rounded ass covered in diarrhea is hypnotic. She enjoys the feeling, rubbing the shit into her skin before stepping out of the mess, leaving a trail of panties scat porn clip behind.
